No complaints! Our expectations were fully met.

Good location. Nice pools & beach walkway. Room service was very good and room was clean. Staff were helpful.

Maybe a bit more food variety for breakfast. But understandable as tourists numbers not back to normal yet.

Fantastic place to stay, great access to the boardwalk along the beach, close access to food.

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. The pools were great, with plenty of lounges to use. Beachfront location was fantastic. Staff were so good and welcoming, couldn't be better.

We loved our time spent here!

Starting with the fantastic well maintained garden, the fresh fruits for breakfast,friendly and polite staff, cleaning of the room and the beach area. So many cozy lounges to relax and the two garden pools are so inviting and more private than the beach front pool. Everything was to our liking and we have enjoyed every day of our stay.

The first room we were offered was very tired and needed so many things to be updated and fixed( the strong smell of old furniture and moist, the walls were stained, the bathroom sink battery was splashing water, toilet seat very old) and it didn't had a sitting area like it was mentioned on the booking description. However when we explained to the receptionist, she changed the room without any issue and the new one that we moved to was fantastic and we really enjoyed it.

A great resort, highly recommend!

Excellent resort. very helpful staff, particularly Gusti on the reception area who was so helpful and polite, nothing we asked was a trouble. room was spacious and clean, housekeeping fabulous!

Maybe some policing of people putting towels on sun beds and leaving them for hours would be helpful!

The hotel was perfectly clean and very accommodating.

The hotel was perfectly clean and very accommodating. I was in hospital during the trip (nothing I got there) and they came to the hospital with flowers. The room when I was there was very spacious and had the ground floor which was very convenient. Bed was very comfortable and staff were amazing. I would stay there again in a heartbeat

The room service menu was quite small. But the food was very good

A lovely hotel with beautiful gardens on the sea

This hotel offered a great stay with a lovely breakfast! We enjoyed dining with the sea view. If you looking for a quiet, relaxed atmosphere this is the place! We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded! The walkway that runs along the front of the property allowed for morning and evening walks, a great way to enjoy sunrise and sunset.

We have stayed there many times but the last stay we were...

We have stayed there many times but the last stay we were put in the older rooms that are in dire need of updating. Our friends room had dirty sheets when they arrived. The price is not cheap & we feel it’s overpriced especially when they put loyal returning customers in the old worn out rooms

Beautiful grounds and wonderful people made our stay a truly memorable. The beach is on one side and the street on the other meant that we had a lot of options for venturing out. We loved it and would stay at the Santrian again without question.

It is really relaxed and quiet place

It is really relaxed and quiet place.I really recommend this place to relax despite some disadvantages. Upon check-in, manager raised free for us the level of the room with a garden view to the pool view. Hotel has nice and big garden, big room, clear water in ocean, good restaurants on beach and big and delicious choose on breakfast, cleaning in room every day and every day change towels.

The furniture looks not new, in our room there was always a smell of dampness, a canopy bed creaking constantly and the decor was in the dust, the water in the shower had to be lowered since there was a smell of mud. There may be some problems with mosquitoes in the room, but staff could use spray if you ask.

Proximity of many things. Swimming. My room vue. So comfortable. Close to many shops and restaurants.

Cleaners in the morning came and opened my room while i was showering and curtains were closed. Breakfast service should be improved.

Good stay, good location, good food

The facilities and the staff were good, we got breakfast included and it was good.

They did not get tomato juice in 10 days even they had it in the menu, that was disappointing. Late check out was a pain, I started requesting it since the day of my arrival as my flight was quite late and no one was able to say anything and the last day they said it was not possible. Very disappointing since I asked from the beginning, the emails sent thru booking.com were not answered by the property management ever. That is a huge downside for me.

Nice but needs work

Great beach front position and restaurants. Lovely pools. Beautiful gardens and traditional Balinese style.

Air conditioner iced up every second day and was useless and toilet backed up often. Some staff needed better English skills. Breakfast basic.
